OmniLudiCon is a browser-based development toolkit which consists of a fully-featured editor and a host of example games for users to test out or experiment with. The tutorial does a decent job at covering the basics, while games can be sorted either by authors' names or ratings. Existing templates can even be modified to suit your needs if the idea of starting afresh does not sound too appealing.

One Button Arthur is a single-button action game in which you have to help Arthur survive an obstacle course to reach the sword in the stone. The control scheme is switched around in every room, meaning that you could be swinging your sword at enemies, jumping over spikes and lava pits, or just entering and exiting doors at the press of a button.

It takes about ten or fifteen minutes to finish the entire adventure, and there isn't really any incentive to replay it after you've completed your quest.
