- Windows, Linux
|Brain Games||Action/Arcade||18.6 MB||Click here to download|
Another Konami classic, the F-1 Spirit Remake is a niche racing game that will only appeal to fans of the original. Each track consists of several laps to complete, and requires plenty of practice just to squeeze in a top finish.
Not a bad effort but one that will not be appreciated by many, even with new features not found in it's predecessor.
|Facepunch Studios||Action/Arcade||27.5 MB||Click here to download|
Facewound is a 2D action game with zombies, guns, ragdoll physics and the occasional exploding barrels that'll blow everything in its proximity into pieces. The W, A, S and D keys can be used to move the protagonist around the city or climb buildings. Aim with the mouse, and left click to shoot. Press the R key to reload, and use the B key to unlock new weapons. Right click to enter focus mode, helpful when taking down airborne enemies.
A control configuration menu is included, and at least one checkpoint can be found in each level. The config.cfg file contains a number of keys which can be used to explore hidden features. Development work on the game has been abandoned for more than two years.
|Factorium||Johnny B., Lazy Brain Games||Action/Arcade||8.03 MB||Click here to download|
In Factorium players get to control a masked hoverboard rider as he makes his way through a forest teeming with robotic plant hybrids, armed with a selection of eight weapons that he can deploy on screen using the drag and drop method. Purple gems that defeated enemies leave behind can be collected to increase your score, which is tallied and submitted to an online leaderboard once you've beaten the game.
Factorium only features one playable level, although it will take you a good ten or fifteen minutes to reach the end of it on your first go.
|Fantastic Blood Boy||Gustav Kilman||Action/Arcade||2.24 MB||Click here to download|
Fantastic Blood Boy is a 2D action game created by Gustav Kilman, in which players have to protect red clot crystals from an entire army of sockpuppets. Blood Boy is practically invincible in the game, and touching a clot crystal will move it to a random position on screen. A new crystal is generated when you've collected enough blood from the sockpuppets you've destroyed. You may have up to three clot crystals at any time, but the game ends when you've lost all of them to exploding sockpuppets.
Deactivate a sockpuppet's destruction sequence by jumping off them. A crystal that isn't moving around will generate weapons, which can then be acquired by moving Blood Boy next to one.
|Farmer, The||drZool||Action/Arcade||3.94 MB||Click here to download|
Not just reliant on a funny intro song, The Farmer is a pretty good game coded by drZool for the Ludum Dare competition. Part Harvest Moon with some Mario-stomping element, you play the role of a farmer who has to achieve certain level objectives shown before the start of each stage.
This would usually be a certain number of coins, seed, flowers or fertilizers. You start off with a few seeds that can be used to generate the four items mentioned, depending on when you decide to harvest them by pressing space. Some planning is required as the game will end if you run out of seeds.
You will get more seeds if you pick the flowers as soon as the petals fall off. Exchange flowers picked when in full bloom for coins from the shack on the right. Decomposed flowers can be collected as fertilizers, while roaches can be eliminated by jumping on them. The rules may seem a little complicated at first but players should be able to grasp the concept after a few plays.
|Firearms||Ikiki||Action/Arcade||0.63 MB||Click here to download|
Firearms is a top-down shooter that plays rather similarly to Hakaiman, where players have to help a lone commando infiltrate an enemy base and kill the enemies within. Some of the weapons that you can collect from defeated adversaries include the standard handgun, shotguns, sniper rifles, machine guns and even a rocket launcher that can be used to break walls apart.
The game features only two levels to play.
|Fish Face ||Beau Blyth, Teknogames||Action/Arcade||3.36 MB||Click here to download|
Fish Face is a one-button arcade game with three levels to play, each taking roughly five to ten minutes to complete. Here you play as a fish that uses its buoyancy to move in and out of the water, avoiding walls or enemies that will hurt our aquatic friend on impact.
Red loops can be collected for points, while the blue ones act as checkpoint locations that you can return to when your fish crashes into a solid object.
|Fishie Fishie |
- Windows, Linux
|Farbs||Action/Arcade||3.73 MB||Click here to download|
Fishie Fishie is a new release from the creator of Polychromatic Funk Monkey, in which players only require the use of a single button to play. The aim of the game is basically to grab all the fishes in each level to progress, and a checkpoint is placed in every fifth stage.
Hold the space key to turn in one direction, or tap it rapidly to swim forward. An addictive little one-switch effort, though extremely challenging towards the end.
|FlapFlapFlap||Lackey||Action/Arcade||0.98 MB||Click here to download|
FlapFlapFlap is a decent action game by Lackey which featured a set of controls inspired by Defender and Joust.
The objective of the game is to destroy all of the pyramids in each stage. These structures will regain health when they are not being attacked while periodically creating enemies. Sometimes destroyed Xile will drop red health squares. Collect these to regain health.
Press the Z key repeatedly to shoot, or use the X key to drop a bomb. Five levels only.
|Flapper||Lazrool, Lazrael||Action/Arcade||1.39 MB||Click here to download|
Flapper is another excellent release by Lazrael that is easy to learn but difficult to master. The objective of the game is to direct a bat to the top of a dark cave by using the arrow keys. Tap the up arrow key repeatedly to stay afloat, else lose altitude and fall down a bottomless pit.
Like most classic arcade titles, there is actually no ending to aim for. Score points by collecting bonus items while you avoid falling rocks. Touching the spikes on these things means game over.
Getting a good score will unlock items that can be used in subsequent sessions. Most sprites have a set of skins that can be selected from the main menu. To go into fullscreen mode, just press the F4 key.
