Fishie Fishie is a new release from the creator of Polychromatic Funk Monkey, in which players only require the use of a single button to play. The aim of the game is basically to grab all the fishes in each level to progress, and a checkpoint is placed in every fifth stage.
Hold the space key to turn in one direction, or tap it rapidly to swim forward. An addictive little one-switch effort, though extremely challenging towards the end.

Seizuredome is a new remake of Unholy Stage, the arena shooter released by cactus back in 2007. The objective of the game is to stay away the edge of the screen, which can be rather complicated when enemies are attempting to push you off the suspended platform at every opportunity.
Use the cursor keys to move, and hold the left mouse button to shoot. Right click for an alternate firing method, applicable to all weapons available for acquisition from vanquished enemies.

The objective of Clockwiser is basically to rotate blocks belonging to the section on the left so that they match the ones shown on the right. This can only be done by drawing rectangles and moving them along it's edges, with the pull of gravity in effect at all times.
Special blocks will be introduced at a steady pace, and there are just enough configurable options to please both geniuses and beginners. An unlimited undo feature has been included, plus the doodle city is a blast to play around with.

Shotgun Ninja is a 2D platformer created by cactus, in which the developer limits himself to a C64 palette for background, object and sprite colors.
Use the cursor keys for movement, and press Z key to shoot. You can only fire when your assassin's feet is touching the ground. Tap the X key to lob a grenade. Hold the down arrow key to view the floor below you.
There are numerous ways to earn points in this game, from reaching the exit in the quickest time possible to eliminating all the enemies in each level. Proficiency with the wall jump technique is a prerequisite skill.

Another Experimental Gameplay Competition entry, String Theory is an action game in which you attempt to guide a spider-like entity around vector-shaped landscapes. The adventure ends if you allow the creature to exit past the edge of the screen.
Four of your limbs can be extended by using the numeric keypad, though elasticity is lost quickly and they soon detach from ceilings or walls in a matter of seconds if left unattended for long.
The scrolling speed and screen size can be altered by editing a text file.

Photopia is a piece of literature by Adam Cadre rendered in the form of interactive fiction, and written in Inform. It is regarded as a pioneer in narrative-driven, rather than puzzle- or challenge-driven, interactive fiction, and is perhaps the most successful example of this genre to date. It won first place in the 1998 Interactive Fiction Competition.
Photopia has few puzzles and a linear structure, allowing the player no way to alter the eventual conclusion but maintaining the illusion of non-linearity. This gives weight to some of the story's motifs - questions of free will and determinism.

Mubbly Tower is basically a tower defense game built around the concept of making your structure as tall as you possibly can to please the king's increasing demands. The game ends when the tower does not reach the line for a certain amount of time, as indicated by the king's happiness gauge shown at the top left of the screen. To compound to your troubles, Wobbly creatures will attempt to topple the tower with all manners of attacks and projectiles in their arsenal.
Money gained from defeating Wobbly creatures can be used to hire mubblies to defend your tower. Mubbly Tower also comes with an online high score table, four unlockable modes and a bonus platformer game.
