Kaipuu is a platformer by Virtanen which is heavily inspired by Seiklus and an extension to their earlier release entitled Painajainen. Power-ups can be collected for new abilities such as double jumps and pushing blocks.

Placed first in the recent Suomipelit game development competition. To save a game, simply press the down arrow key when standing right in front of the stone located at the starting point. Load your saved progress by choosing the second option from the main menu. Use the enter key to access a world map.

Karoshi is a puzzle platformer by Jesse Venbrux, creator of the Wubly series and Frozzd. There are twenty-five levels in total, each presenting a different challenge to the player. Press the Z key to jump, and use the cursor keys to move the character around. Tap the X key to shoot once you've acquired a weapon.

Karoshi 2 is the sequel to the similarly titled platformer by Jesse Venbrux, creator of the Wubly series and Frozzd. The game consists of over fifty short levels in which you have to figure out the correct method to help the main character commit suicide. Use the cursor keys to move your character. Press the Z key to jump. R key restarts, and the escape key quits.

The developer had also included a level editor and Karoshi 1 speed run mode, where players would have to complete close to thirty stages from the original in under seven minutes. Hold the R key in stage fourteen to access the secret room.

Karoshi Factory is a new sequel to Jesse Venbrux's suicidal platformer series, where players must find unorthodox methods to kill all suits on screen in order to progress from one stage to the next. Use the Z key to jump, press the X key to shoot once a gun is acquired, and tap the space key to switch characters.

Press the R key to restart a level at any time. The F4 function key can be used to toggle between full screen and windowed modes. Note that touching the blue button causes a random effect, one of which is disabling the character switch function.

The Katakijin demo is an interesting platformer which uses tiles right out of Nifflas' Knytt, and gameplay elements from Ikiki's ninja action game Nikujin. Use the Z key to jump, and press the X or C key repeatedly to execute a combination of attacks. Hold the shift key to block enemy strikes.

King is a retro 2D platformer where players would have to assist a sovereign in acquiring as much points as he can, simply by jumping and stomping on the enemies found in each level. There are basically only two keys to remember in addition to the cursor keys for movement. Pressing the Z key causes the king to jump, and if he manages to stomp on something during this action he will bounce much higher than a normal hop. Hold the down arrow key during a jump to reduce the jump height. A super jump can be executed by pressing the jump button just when the king's feet touches the head of an enemy. You can also use the Q key to restart a level if you happen to get stuck.

Knytt is a 2D platformer created by Nifflas, the developer who gained much fame after the release of Within a Deep Forest.

The story begins with an abduction and a crash landing on some unfamiliar planet, which means plenty of land to explore although there's hardly any interaction with other creatures. Save points are easily accessible, Knytt will glow red when in danger, and the shining beam of light will assist your search for the necessary repair items.

There's about sixty screens worth of adventure which equals to roughly an hour or two of play. Of course, This isn't a Nifflas production without several unlockables and secrets to reward the curious.

Knytt Nano

Knytt Nano is a small platformer created as an experimental piece by the author of Within a Deep Forest and Knytt Stories. Use the cursor keys for movement, or hold the A key to run quicker. Tap the S key to jump.

Knytt Stories is a prequel to the similarly titled platformer which was released recently to critical acclaim by the indie game community. This time around there are four worlds of varying sizes to explore, all accessible from the start with their own respective save slots. Anyone familiar with controls from Knytt would feel right at home here, though the author was generous enough to introduce several new abilities as well for the veterans to discover.

Koda is a short platformer with a teleportation gimmick not unlike Lazrael's Game Maker effort, Poyo. In it, players must make their way to the exit in each of the ten levels, which is usually locked until all the orbs in the area have been collected.

Use the cursor keys to move, press the left or right arrow key together with the Z key to warp, and press the R key to reset the level quickly if you happen to get stuck in an inescapable position. The down arrow key can also be used to teleport to the destination marker, which is placed at the starting point of your last warp. Press the F4 function key to switch between full screen and windowed mode. The background effect can be disabled with the B key.
