Magnight
GameINCPlatformer142 MBClick here to download

Magnight is a physics-based puzzle platformer in which you play as a pilot who had just crash landed on an undiscovered island that is filled with statues, constructions and traps left behind by an ancient civilization. Unwilling to give up hope, you venture further into the ruins to search for parts that can be used to fix your aircraft, equipped with only a pair of gloves that bestow you with the ability to change the polarity of objects around you.

Your ability to magnetize objects (and even yourself) is useful in situations where you have to open doors or move large stone blocks from one place to another. You can even give yourself a jump boost by magnetizing yourself and the floor beneath you with opposite polarities, provided that the tile you're standing on can be charged with magnetic energy.

The game features only three short levels.

Maru
Jesse VenbruxPlatformer12.6 MBClick here to download

Maru is a simple platformer that plays rather similarly to Frozzd, although the tone in both games are practically on different ends of a spectrum. The adventure basically involves leaping from one planet to another to collect the spirits or souls of other creatures that look just like the protagonist, then figuring out how to get to the portal that will transport you to the next area and continue with your mission.

There are only seven stages to visit in total, and most players should be able to complete the entire game in about half an hour or less.

Mash Man
SharkArm StudiosPlatformer8.46 MBClick here to download

Mash Man is a remake based on one of the games from the infamous Action 52 cartridge, where you play as a grape masher who makes wine with his two big feet. His expertise is very much appreciated by the townsfolk around him, that is until they got themselves some machines to do Mash Man's job more efficiently. No longer needed by the people in his neighbourhood, our hero is banished to the nearby forest to live in exile.

The game features only two short levels to play through. There's also a longer, alternate ending that can be reached, provided that players exercise a bit more caution with what they step on.

Miner 2049er Again

Miner 2049er Again is a remake of an old classic, where you play as a miner who has to clean up all the spilled chemicals on the floors of a mining area by simply walking over them. Falls from high heights can hurt, and critters should be avoided as well.

You start out with only a handful of lives, and only earn one back for every five levels completed. Since the game doesn't allow players to continue from where they last perished, it can be rather difficult to beat all twenty levels from start to end.
