Ura Kaiten Patissier is a sequel of sorts to Kaiten Patissier, which includes all of the levels that were excluded from the first release for being too difficult. As with the original, players will have to rotate the screen in order to obtain all items and progress from one stage to another.

The zip file contains versions for Windows, Debian Linux and the GP2X. Players can also switch between English and Japanese from the options menu.
