Stranded 2
Stranded II is a 3D adventure game by Unreal Software, chronicling the adventures of a man who lost his ship in a storm and must learn how to survive on a deserted island using a variety of objects acquired from the land.
Press the X key to bring up the character sheet, use the C key to view your current inventory, and tap the V key to access your diary. The Y key can be used to rest and recuperate. Insects, animals, plants and other items do respawn, but only at the start of each day.
Expect to do a lot of building, foraging and hunting in this game to get anywhere. Hints can be found in this forum thread, including a map of the first island which includes important locations marked for the convenience of other players.

God almighty, this’s good fun =D Just killed a lion (which nearly killed me), been hunting kiwi birds, caught some butterflies and am making a nice little campsite, and soon will be cultivating grapes and grain, and hopefully cotton as well =D I love this game!

Better cultivate hemp. You’ll see a wonderful picture there after a good smoke
And try to make a crossbow.

This sounds like my kind of game. And, though I have not played it, seems similar to Lost in Blue (DS). I’ll be downloading it momentarily…

I’m trying to cultivate, but can’t figure out how. I keep getting the message (with grain) that I should put it in my hand, then use the ground when I put the grain in my hand and use it on the ground. Haven’t seen any hemp around yet, though.

Finally managed to plant some grain! I’m preparing some fields in front of my new encampment now (the old one was too close to lions), with grain and hopefully cotton, and berries, which I’ll make into juice =D I wish I didn’t lost my grapes, though. I thought the storage worked by putting stuff on it, at first, and it all just kinda disappeared =X
