GoldenEye 2D is a GameBoy-style remake of GoldenEye for the Nintendo 64. This version features only one level but includes several bosses and five different weapons which can be acquired by taking out enemies.
Press the enter key to access the current level objectives. Tap the X key rapidly to shoot, or use the Z key to jump.

Ummm, gave me an error message and left desktop at what looked like 320×240…
Is it really that hard to start games in windowed mode by default?

This game kicks ass =D I think the last-but-one gun is better than the final one, though. Even though the blast range of the final one is bigger, it kinda felt like a downgrade. Also, Jaws is dead tough! Got to him with full gun and full powers, and was dead before I knew it. Still, awesome game!

If it gives you an error message it’s some problem with your sytem, or problem with GM7. It looks it is not yet a polished product GM6 used to be.

Had no problems with it.
I love the graphics and the whole style of it. Though it was a bit too easy and more like Contra than an actual spy/stealth/bond sorta game.
Still much awesomeness. The music is especially neat.

Lovely, but it suffers from the ZXC syndrome. Not all keyboard layouts in the world have them beside each other.
And it’s frigging inconvenient to grab over half the keyboard.

FINALLY! Finally someone who hates the ZCX thing as well! And for the same reason. It boosts too many games’ difficulty levels beyond possible because of that.

Loved and still love GoldenEye on the N64, got to give this a try
Oh, about the ZXC problem: Press Shift and Alt simultaneously once and feel the great pleasure - Y and Z will be swapped
It’s most simple, yet I also had to get annoyed by games I’d have to play using ZXC instead of YXC until I finally found out about this tiny little trick..

Y is even further away for me. Got an Azerty keyboard, not a Qwertz or a Qwerty one.
